"Karsen did a great job. He was very communicative upon ceremony start time, gave us a 10 minute heads up before speeches and dances (we did videography as well, so we had to plug into the system to capture all the audio) He was very polite and very energetic! Definitely gave him 5 stars for the teamwork and hospitality provided!"
