On October 26, 2024, Kay and Lance celebrated their love in a warm, intimate ceremony and reception in Mahtowa, MN. Their day was a perfect blend of heartfelt tradition and joyous celebration, with Pro Sound & Light Show providing the soundtrack and lighting to match the magical moments.
Ceremony at Salem Lutheran Church
The couple exchanged vows in the cozy and charming Salem Lutheran Church, surrounded by close family and friends. The ceremony featured beautiful piano covers, including Canon in D by Brooklyn Duo for the bride’s processional, and There Is Love (Wedding Song) by Peter, Paul, and Mary during the unity ceremony. The ceremony concluded with an uplifting William Tell Overture as the newlyweds walked back down the aisle.
Reception at Mahtowa Tavern
The celebration continued at Mahtowa Tavern, where guests enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere with buffet-style dinner catered by TJ’s Country Corner. The evening included heartfelt speeches, a welcoming toast by Diana Davis, and a lot of laughter as the newlyweds and their guests danced the night away.
